An Yawen, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Yuncheng Municipal People¡¯s Congress, with the company of President Yao Jihuan and Vice President Li Shenming of the university, visited YCU to inspect the catering services.
Chairman An and his delegation came to the canteens of the university and took a detailed look at the operation and administration of the catering service. An firstly checked the admin log, as well as the implementation of the admin systems involving the centralized purchase of food ingredients, reserved meal sample, food record keeping system and the disinfection. An spoke high of the ¡°open kitchen¡± of the canteen and the development of digital platform to inspect pesticide residue of food ingredients and trace back to the source of faulty products.
Meanwhile, Chairman An, with the guide of the technician, took hand on the tracing-back platform to learn in detail the process of data collection, data inquiry, and result feedback. In the end, An stated that the university should make full use of the platform to implement the administration system, thus to provide good catering service for the staff and students.
